Reps: 10RM-10RM-10RM reps
Intensity: beginners
RM: Repetition maximum. Your 1RM is your max lift for one rep. Your 10 RM is the most you can lift 10 times.
Process RX: this means do 3 rounds of each exercise with the prescriptive repetitions

  • 3x Front squat (10RM)
  • 3x Bench press (10RM)
  • 3x Deadlift (10RM)
