Weightlifting

  • Back Squat (20 minutes to establish one rep max)

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps) 8 min AMRAP

  • 30- KBS (53/35/18) Kettlebell Swing
  • 20- Ring rows
  • 10- Burpees
