Reps: 20 on 10 secs off 3 minutes rest between sets
Intensity: beginners
Process RX: do exercise as prescribed repetitions

warm up 1 sets:

  • 30 seconds march in place
  • 20 air squat
  • 20 seconds huggers: Move your arms forward and then reverse
  • 20 sec tri over head extensions

Workout:

  1. air squat
  2. pushups
  3. crunches
  4. mountain climber
  5. med ball clean
  6. dips
  7. burpees
  8. ring rows

Sets: tabata

Intensity: mid/hi
Process RX: do exercise as prescribed repetitions
BW: Body weight

warm up 3 sets:

  • 30 seconds march in place
  • 20 air squat
  • 20 seconds huggers: Move your arms forward and then reverse
  • 20 sec tri over head extensions

Workout:

  • over head squat
  • pushups
  • crunches
  • mountain climber
  • med ball clean (20#)
  • dips
  • burpees
  • pull ups
