7-Day Sample Diet Plan day 4

Day 4

Breakfast:

  • 1 slice turkey bacon
  • 1/2 cup egg substitute
  • 1 apple or
  • 1/2 cup of strawberrie
  • 1 whole wheat English muffin

Snack:

  • 1/2 cup fat free yogurt
  • 2-5 celery sticks

Lunch:

  • Spinach Salad:
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1 small tomato
  • 3 oz turkey breast grilled
  • 2 tbsp vinaigrette
  • 1 whole wheat pita
  • 1 cup of strawberries

Snack:

  • 1/2 cup chopped cucumbers
  • 4 tbsp traditional hummus (or
  • 1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese)

Dinner:

  • 3 oz. grilled, lean red meet(beef)
  • 1 tomato
  • 2 cups mix vegetables
  • 2 tbsp vinaigrette
  • 1/2 cup zucchini
  • 1 cup kidney beans
  • 1 slice whole grain bread

Mix and match these meals and add items if you dont feel you are putting the right amount of calories into your day. I always use MultiVites Vitimins in the morning after my meal, and pure protein bars.
